As part of the ongoing scientific and artistic contributions, Dr. Barzan Yasin, a former lecturer at the college, has donated his latest published work titled “The History of the Emergence and Development of Musical Notation” to the library of the College of Fine Arts.
This book presents a detailed academic study on the history of musical notation, tracing its origins and evolution over time. The book was delivered by Dr. Sirwan Mohammed Mustafa, a lecturer in the Department of Music, to Prof. Dr. Sardar Qadir, Dean of the College of Fine Arts at Salahaddin University, and officially added to the college library.
Such contributions reflect the dedication of scholars like Dr. Barzan Yasin, who continue to support and enrich the academic resources of the college—even from abroad.
