Prof. Dr. Serdar Qadir, the Rector of the College of Fine Arts, along with members of the College Council, welcomed on Monday, October 13, 2025, Dr. Salar Osman, Head of the Department of Enlightenment and Media at the Kurdistan Democratic Party.
Following the reception and greetings, both sides engaged in a discussion regarding the college’s activities as well as several cultural and artistic matters, with the aim of further promoting the value of art.
