Today, Tuesday (February 17, 2026), as part of the ongoing scientific activities of the College of Fine Arts, a scientific seminar was organized by Assist. Prof. Dr. Chyayi Kamal Saadi under the title “The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Contemporary Musical Compositions.”
During the seminar, Assist. Prof. Dr. Chyayi Kamal highlighted the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology into the field of music. He pointed out that this technology has brought significant changes to the methods of composing melodies, arranging music, and audio editing and production.
In another part of the seminar, the main advantages of Artificial Intelligence were discussed, including reducing time and effort in melody creation, improving the quality of musical productions, and providing new opportunities for artists to experiment with different styles.
At the same time, Assist. Prof. Dr. Chyayi Kamal also addressed the risks and negative aspects of this technology, such as the diminishing role of human creativity, copyright issues, and the potential loss of artistic identity. He emphasized the importance of artists using these tools cautiously in order to preserve the authenticity of their work.
