Today, Tuesday, Prof. Dr. Sardar Qadir, Dean of the College of Fine Arts at Salahaddin University, expressed his appreciation for the academic efforts of Asst. Prof. Dr. Sami Khoshnaw, Assistant Dean, on the occasion of the publication of his latest work entitled “Mythology of Art.”
The book “Mythology of Art” is the newest published work of Asst. Prof. Dr. Sami Ismail Mustafa Khoshnaw, Assistant Dean of the College of Fine Arts. After its publication today, it was formally presented to the Dean of the College and to the library of the College of Fine Arts.
The book was printed in 1,000 copies at Barla Printing House in Sulaymaniyah, and it has been officially registered with the General Directorate of Public Libraries of the Kurdistan Region under deposit number (289) for the year (2026).
The content of the book focuses on presenting various aspects of the art of Mesopotamian civilization. The author approaches the subject in a scientific manner, relying on academic, historical, and scholarly sources, and systematically addresses the main themes of the topic.
