Today, during a special ceremony, the Presidency of the College of Fine Arts warmly congratulated Mr. Mohammed Salih Rostamzada on the occasion of his academic promotion from the rank of Assistant Lecturer to Lecturer.
This promotion comes at a time when he has reached retirement age. Therefore, our college looks upon his distinguished history and achievements with great respect and appreciation. Mr. Mohammed has devoted many years of valuable service to the university and to the academic and artistic fields in Kurdistan, and he will always remain a model of dedication and sincerity.
Alongside congratulating him on his promotion, we wish him a long life and good health. We are confident that although he has retired administratively, he will continue to serve as an important academic figure and source of knowledge.
