Erbil – Thursday (February 5, 2026)
With the aim of developing the scientific and artistic capacities of second-year students of the Interior Design Branch in the Department of Plastic Arts, College of Fine Arts, a scientific field trip was organized today under the supervision of instructors Assis. Teacher. Hawre Sarkawt Rashid and Assis. Teacher. Adel Zrar to the Erbil International Fair, during the hosting of the International Automobile Exhibition.
During the visit, students became closely acquainted with the practical aspects of design and the organization of exhibition spaces. The main objective of the trip was to achieve a deeper understanding of the relationship between theoretical design lessons and their practical application in real-world contexts. Throughout the visit, students recorded several scientific observations and professional insights that contribute to enhancing their professional skills.
At the conclusion of the trip, the supervisors expressed their gratitude and appreciation to Prof. Dr. Sardar Qadir, Dean of the College, along with the Dean’s Assistants and the Head of the Department of Plastic Arts, for their continuous support and cooperation in providing the necessary requirements and facilitation for organizing such scientific activities, which play a significant role in raising the academic and professional standards of students in the future.
