Erbil, Sunday, September 21, 2025 – By an administrative order and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Serdar Qadir, Dean of the College of Fine Arts, Dr. Vinos Ismail Bakr assumed the role of the new head of the college’s Registration Department today.
After serving the department for many years, Prof. Dr. Bayar Louis Yaqoub, at his own request, stepped down from the headship of the department.
During the official handover ceremony, Prof. Dr. Serdar Qadir expressed his appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Bayar Louis Yaqoub for his dedication and efforts in the Registration Department, congratulated Dr. Vinos Ismail Bakr on his new appointment, and wished him continued success and excellence in his responsibilities.
