On Wednesday, October 8, 2025, in Prof. Dr. Mohammed Aref Hall at the College of Fine Arts, Salahaddin University–Erbil, the master’s thesis defense of student Shwan Hama Said Othman was conducted.
The thesis, entitled “The Style of Representation in Postmodern Theatre – The Plays of Robert Wilson as a Model,” was presented by the student.
The defense committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Ahmed Smo, with Asst. Prof. Dr. Zhilwan Tahir Bapir and Asst. Prof. Dr. Fazil Ali Murad as members, and Prof. Dr. Kaify Ahmed Abdulqadir as supervisor and committee member.
After an academic and in-depth discussion that lasted for three hours, the committee approved the thesis.
