Erbil, Monday (April 6, 2026)
Today, at the hall of Prof. Dr. Mohammed Arif at the College of Fine Arts, Salahaddin University – Erbil, the Master’s thesis defense of the student Aras Abdullah Mahmoud was successfully conducted.
The thesis was presented under the title:
“The Trend of Dramaturgy in Kurdish Theatre Performance”
The defense committee was chaired by Asst. Prof. Dr. Fazil Ali Murad, with Asst. Prof. Dr. Jhelwan Tahir Bapir and Asst. Prof. Dr. Dlshad Mustafa Rahim serving as members. Asst. Prof. Dr. Jawad Nimat Hussein participated as both a committee member and the thesis supervisor.
Following an in-depth academic discussion that lasted three hours, the thesis was approved.
