Erbil, Wednesday (April 15, 2026)
Under the slogan “With innovation, we move toward the peaks,” the 7th Iraqi International Forum for Innovation and Creativity is being held on April 15–16, 2026, in Baghdad. The forum is organized in coordination between University of Babylon and University of Wasit, under the supervision of the Directorate of Research and Development.
As part of the forum’s activities, Dr.Amanj Ghazi, a faculty member at the College of Fine Arts, Salahaddin University-Erbil, is actively participating. During the conference, he is presenting and highlighting two of his latest authored works:
- The Academic Method for Oud Performers
- Employing Musical Heritage in Contemporary Kurdish Music
On the sidelines of the forum, Dr. Amanj will also sign and present his books to representatives of Iraqi, Arab, and international universities and academic institutions, aiming to knowledge exchange and promote artistic and academic collaboration.
